Niko Contos, DPT, CSCS
Physical Therapist and Strength & Conditioning Specialist
Niko is an expert in Performance Physical Therapy, human movement, and strength and conditioning. These passions started in Boise, Idaho where he was a multiport athlete and continued on to play collegiate soccer at Whitman College. From there his education took him to Provo, UT where he received a Doctorate of Physical therapy from Rocky Mountain University. Niko understands each person as a whole and is motivated to help everyone create a path to achieve their own peak performance. Niko is continually learning and educating himself on advanced tools and techniques so that he can bring cutting edge resources, tools and research to his patients.
